We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage end-to-end order execution for our international buyers. You will be responsible for sample development, costing, production follow-up, and quality assurance across apparel and textile categories.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Handle buyer communication from inquiry to shipment - Develop samples and manage approvals - Negotiate costs and ensure margin targets - Coordinate with factories for production planning - Conduct inline and final quality inspections - Ensure on-time delivery and compliance standards
**What You'll Do Day-to-Day:** - Morning: Review buyer emails, update order status trackers - Mid-day: Factory visits for production follow-up, sample approvals - Afternoon: Costing sheets, consumption calculations, buyer calls - Weekly: Quality inspection reports, shipment scheduling
Requirements
- 5+ years in apparel merchandising (woven/knit)
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Expert knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims
- Proven track record with EU/US buyers
- Bachelor's in Textile Engineering or related field preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
